Preliminary Agreement For Solar Development

Once the feasibility study has been completed and the costs are known exactly then the site can be fully surveyed.  The preliminary agreement will give us permission to do the necessary engineering and energy conservation checks.

There are two regulatory requirements that have to be met before we can proceed with any installation:

Structural Integrity

This requires a full independent structural survey.

Energy Performance

This requires and energy performance assessment. These are the first external costs to be incurred by the project.  There is no charge for all our work up to this point.

To cover the costs of the structural survey and energy assessment the agreement requires an up-front, non-refundable fee of £820 + VAT. This is deducted from the final invoiced total upon completion.
